Meet Kara 

Formerly a competitive gymnast and marathon runner, Kara Lee is a yoga, pilates and fitness teacher based in Mill Valley, California. Passionate about mindful movement that builds strength and increases flexibility, Kara teaches yoga, pilates, acrobatics and mindfulness to both children and adults. Blending distinctive beats with a multi-modality approach and a free-spirited outlook, Kara strives to motivate others to live their best lives and try new things.
